RESULTS
One of the benefits of monitoring nestbox trails is that you are collecting data which increases scientific knowledge of bird populations and nesting viability. Therefore it is important to report your data at the end of the season for compilation into statewide and national summaries. As of 2007, CBRP reporting is performedonline. Full instructions and necessary forms for reporting are on the CBRP website. Complete results for the current year may be viewed by logging in as a guest to the CBRP database.
A summary of recent results from monitored Santa Barbara County trails follows. This table only shows total birds fledged each year. For details, check out past issues of the CBRP "Annual Reports ".
